[Discuss] Roles Hierarchy issue

Recently I've been putting my hands on discord server roles and I've noticed that there might be some role management issues, mainly respecting the role hierarchy. Let's assume that we have the following role hierarchy:

• Senior Game Master

• Game Master

• Trial Game Master

Take a look at this one where all roles have the "Manage Messages" turned ON, let's assume the "Trial Game Master" is as the name suggests, in the trial period to become a "Game Master" but as a "Trial Game Master" he should have the permission to manage normal members messages, he shouldn't be able to delete messages from a "Game Master" nor a "Senior Game Master" and a "Game Master" should be able to only manage the messages for "Trial Game Master" and under.
