Notification management

Hi. I have very specific notification settings which I want to apply to every single server I ever join. They are not the default settings. I propose 2 things:

1, we should be able to change the default notification settings for whenever we join a new server. This would make it so I neither get annoyed by a bombardment of unnecessary notifications and stupid little sounds every time I forget to, and 2, change the settings every time I join a new server.

2, we should be able to change the notification settings of multiple servers at once. if you implement this, PLEASE make an easy way to select all servers. i'm in dozens of servers. i'd cry man-tears if i had to manually go through and click all of them just to select them even if i only had to apply the settings just once to them.
