Option to changing nicknames of people in higher ranking roles

Back in the days, we used to be able to change anyone's nicknames, now you can only change nicknames of people who rank lower than you. There should be a server setting to disable or enable this.

Part of the fun on my server used to be about changing everyone else's names, but now not being able to change other members names whom are on equal or higher rank kinda ruined that. I understand why this its set up this way, but for a smaller more social server it would be nice to have the ability to enable this feature back for people that want it.

    give everyone a role thats ranked at the top?

    That doesn't work as they would always be equally ranked and then cant mess with each other. The server owner will also always outrank anyone else in the server too. Also setting everyone to admin rights probably isn't a smart shout :P

    Hell, I've considered learning how to make a bot in my little spare time just try to and do this.
