Why changing the age of an account is so long ? (13 years old limit)
I am not complaining, i just need to understand : it's been more than a week since a sent a request to re-enable my account, I did everything correct but still no answer.
Actually i've been reading that a disabled account will be deleted after two weeks this means it will be really soon for me now.
Is it more complex than clicking on two buttons to change age and restore the account ?

My first request with correct picture was on the support : sent at 16:35 the 23/06 (number 7959841). I waited 4 days and i got no answer, and I sent other requests. Now i'm desperate.
It means it's been 7 days since.

Unfortunately due to Covid-19 support will take longer because of the number of available staff.
It's not just discord support either, it's many other game supports and service supports that are affected.
You just gotta wait my man.

I just have one last question, due to the bigger delay for response, am I still risking of loosing defenitively my account after 14 days (in 3 days for me) ?

I can't answer that unfortunately but I think they will be able to recover it. Try reaching them through Twitter too.

Olá, eu queria ficar ausente da minha conta atual, e passei a posse do meu servidor com 300 membros para outra conta, mas ai eu coloquei a idade errada e agora não consigo logar, e para me jogar eu preciso está logado no discord, e apenas essa conta minha pode mandar convite, por favor me ajuda.
