Why certain emojis are not saved in the "frequently used" even if they are actually the most frequently used by me?

:clown: is one of the most frequently used emojis for me (if not the #1), yet it's always missing from "frequently used".

Why is that, is that intentional or is it a bug that will be fixed?

If this is intentional then I don't understand it, if it's somehow discouraged from using then why is it in standard Discord collection in the first place?
