Someone found and joined every single server I was in on discord?!

So, there was this guy that was harassing me on one server before I blocked him and he was eventually banned after a bit. However, the next day I find out that he managed to find and join every single server (or at least way too many for it to be a simple coincidence) I was in on discord, how is this possible?!
