Channels where Mods or higher powers can view messages while everyone can type in, but not see what everyone else said in the channel

I would appreciate if discord can make a channel where moderators or owners can see their members post, but other members cannot view what other members said. For example I would like to use it to prevent cheating such as a smash tournament. Each player may only choose one player and has to stick with the player throughout the tournament, but how do we know if someone changed the player mid-way? I would love this idea since each player can post which character they are using before the tournament in the channel and other members cannot see what they posted, only staff or higher powers. This way I can moderate the tournament accordingly. This can also be beneficial for voting any many other fun discord activities.
