Criminal activity on discord - Nutfit Dayz

Fraudulent act - Paid $100 in donation to the server, was advised for that 45 days of perks on said Dayz Server (https://discord.dd/rD9TKVM) , then told a day later they will wipe and you get nothing once the new server comes up just 1 week later. This is a CRIMINAL ACT. If I buy something and it’s not as advertised, it’s a crime. This happened to an adult, what if it was a child?
