Getting my account back

So discord refused to help me in getting a refund for Nitro because I lost the login to the email associated to the account. When I contacted them about it, they never helped me, instead I got told repeatedly to use the email associated with the account and completely ignored.

So i went to paypal (how I paid them) for the refund. Discord then disabled my account and told me to close the ticket and then contact them to get my account back. I did just that, its been well over 12 hours now and discord refuses to respond with a human.

I understand COVID has businesses hard pressed for response times but this is absolutely ridiculous. They're essentially holding my account hostage over $9.99, which I never even got back. And I closed the case, I even provided them with proof of it in the original support ticket. Is there anything I can do? Discord doesn't even care enough to have a bot answer their Twitter account and they're not answering my tickets.

I've heard on other sites their team is a joke but I didn't want to believe it but here I am.

Sorry for this inconvenience but you will soon have your reward worry not just that discord does not respond directly must wait 24 or 48 hours, imagine that you work at discord and that you receive 800 tickets per hour is heavy. so that's why you should wait just a little while and get your account.
