Make it so the owner (person with actual ownership) has to approve a member prune.

  Ahh yes I agree with this one. I know a lot of servers, mine is no exception, has a "team" of owners with Admin privileges. Maybe there is a way to tie in an approval based on a role?

  
  My addition to this feature:
  As far as I'm aware there is no way to "prune" members with a role. The pruning in our server is based on activity level so if you're inactive for more than a certain amount of time you get pruned. But everyone has roles so we can't use this feature at the moment. Could we allow pruning to be done if members have a role?
