Idea for Discord devs- "@NewMember" ping

The idea for this is to add a role similar to "@everyone" and "@here", except for new members. This role would work by immediately grabbing the attention of users that freshly joined a server to any specific area the server mods/owner wishes to direct their attention (anywhere the tag is used) Benefits: it would easily direct new members to the areas they need to view before participating in the server.

    You can accomplish a workaround using reaction role bots and private channels

    Even if some bots can do it,

    it would take too much time and organization

    And for the storage and memory bot

     

    I already imagine in the server settings "Time before New Members> Normal Members" with a counter and a @new that we could use

    just wanted to suggest the same idea when I saw this thread. Extraordinary helpful if many new members are joining at the same time.
