League of legends connections /RIOT account

Can you please bring back League connections? I don't get why it was even removed , if it's just that you will have to add other games from Riot to connections I agree it could be too much but why not just make it a Riot account connection type of thing instead of removing it entirely and riot is linking all of the games with one account so it will make it easierb
