Discord Gift Acceptance Tracking

Server moderators should be able to track who accepts a nitro gift.
Some use cases for this are for example large servers where people might be running nitro siphoners; having someone responsible to ban each time a gift was sent (with reasonable suspicion) and immediately accepted (and subsequently reported) would certainly assist in cracking down on Nitro scams.

Obviously care should be taken so such gift codes aren't left to a public place; but it seems reasonable enough that a message should exist for a few seconds before being instantly claimed. Such Nitro scams could harm 'first come first serve' type Nitro giveaways as well.
