Change Manage Messages Permissions

A discord server I am a staff member on disallows me the permission to manage messages, which then removes my permission to delete messages. The reason why they disallow this permission is that then we can pin messages and remove reactions. The message pinning can be annoying, and the reaction removing can mess with the giveaways. I was hoping that these permissions could be split up as there are probably some other discord servers with this exact same problem.

  I would love to see this as well,  Giving people access to pinis far different than allowing them to delete anyone's messages.

  It would also be great if users with the message management permission could not delete the messages of users with a similar or higher role. For example, moderators can delete messages from ordinary users, but not messages from other moderators, administrators can delete messages from ordinary users and moderators, but not from other admins, and finally, no one can delete messages from the server owner except himself.
