Channel mute by permission level

I run an marvel contest of champions server for my alliance. i wanted a way for members to contact the admin anonymously so i have a channel that everybody can see and post to and only admin can read the history except that people can still read the message in the notification. i wanted this channel to not only help bring the admins attention to possible new recruits without getting lost in the chat log but also to log complaints about other players. i wish there was a way to force a mute by channel and permission level instead of relying on the honor system that everyone keeps the channel muted by their settings.

    I don't understand O-o but it looks too much complexity and hard-work and i'm sure likely no -one (except your guild) would use it. Maybe a bot can do it ?

    Hey thanks for the snarky response. maybe just cause i thought it first and/or took the time to suggest it doesnt mean its a bad idea or nobody will use it. if you build it they will come, maybe if it was an option us good and pro-active server owners/moderators would use it. just cause you dont care doesnt mean you should bash, its a simple option, server level muting of channels based by permission. there already 27 other options for permission levels.....
