Can't add new notes if you reach the limit

When you reach the limit of personal users notes, you can't add new notes. Even if you delete some notes, because at one point in time you reached the limit you're dead.

 

To prevent this I suggest

1. Add a notes section where you can manage and see everyone you have notes on

or

2. Fix the deletion of notes so that it actually free up some space for new notes

    What is the purpose of limiting the notes that you can have? I thought it was awesome because I could put a note about which language to translate things to for teams playing in tournaments in my discord and I could put information like a link to the bot in the bot's notes but now I've put about 10 (I think) notes and I'm locked out for making notes for like. I feel like y'all just gave me hope and then pulled the rug out from under me. D:
