Add a built in temp ban feature instead of having to use bots

 find that a feature where you could type in a date or give a time limit to a ban would certainly be useful if you are banning any person in a hurry. Having to use bots as a middleman and them not being 100% reliable most of the times with updates being forced and shards being disconnected because of mistakes or outages, having a direct and reliable connection could help ensure proper unbans after punishments, especially considering that communities can have many bans at any given time.
