    mail / phone confirmations... should be an option, not a thing that i have to do every time, wasting my precious time!

    i will be the first, I removed my flat internet and I will start to boycott google mail and twitch, next discord! cya.

    Discord doesn't actually require you to confirm your email. Server admins have the option to require it as a security feature, and most have it active to slow down spammers. The phone number verification has the same deal, where it's the server admins that make the choice to require it.

    You must go through a lot of services if confirming your email by clicking a single link takes so much of your time that you get angry about it. Which is understandable, given how little patience you have.
