Add a ''revert action'' in audit log

It would be a great addition if you could revert an action for a variety of reasons. Maybe it was a raid or maybe just an unwanted change. You would be able to restore the action within 12-48 hours so that Discord doesn't have to store so much information throughout a big server's lifetime.

And also, maybe the ability to revert a user's actions within 2-3 predetermined time periods, possibly 1 day, 7 days, 14 days. 

This would not affect message deletions or reaction deletions or other chatting features because I imagine it would be too hard to implement such a system. If it is possible then hell yeah but I don't have high expectations for it.
