Text Permissions: Send Images, Send URLs, Send External Commands (Specific Bots)

Discord should really implement these Permissions into their Server Features since many of us Server Hosts make channels dedicated ONLY for things such has: Videos/Tips, VODs, Memes, Music Spam (URLs), etc.

These features can really help with organization, not having accidental messages, commands, images, etc. in the wrong channels and even extra work in having to type sets of rules for each Text Channel that probably won't be read by some (or most).

Also can really have us Perfectionists and who have OCD to be relax :)
