My old discord account got disabled and I have gotten no answers.

Nobody has send me details as to why, no human has send me an email explaining what terms of service I violated. Nothing. I tried sending multiple emails trying to appeal my account ban or get in contact with someone who works at discord. Nobody responded but bots sending me this message.

I tried and tried and tried. But nobody who works at discord refuse to give me any greater explanation."You should have received an email with more information regarding this violation"
And nothing ever came. So great, All of those contacts i have had since i first created a discord account and back when they allowed you to transfer contacts with are gone.

So why hasn't anyone cooperated with me to restore my account? I NEED ANSWERS!
