Account Disabled Due To BUG

I was a victim of a token grabber a few months ago and i had discord resolve that issue, right? Well, then I forgot my 2FA backup code because sprint changed my phone.

I believe this is tied into my current issue. I accepted I won't receive that account but then the new discord account i have been using for months has not been able to buy nitro. I received an invalid payment source. I figured let me go ahead and open a support ticket. The moment I submitted my ticket I got an email seconds later saying i was disabled because of fraud. So i sent these guys my driver's license and proof I own the associated payment methods and I can't get a simple response.
