OPTION to allow or disallow the use of T2 and T3 emotes from twitch integrations by lower tier users.

A recent update to discord noted the following:
"For Twitch Integrations, your Twitch Tier 2 and Tier 3 emotes are now only usable by users subscribed to those higher tiers."

I do not appreciate this...
Used to be a feature.. "cool, subs can just use any emote on discord at least, no need for T2 or T3 :D".... and now that has been "fixed"? removed? If you added it in, there should definitely be a way to toggle that..

"Just add your emotes as custom server emoji" you might say. The issue there is that those are not usable on DMs or other servers without Nitro. Just being subscribed used to be enough before.
