Posting when restricted from posting.

I am the server owner.  I have Admins, and one other elevated group that I allow to see a Channel Category I labeled "Archive."

I allow them to see the channel, and read the message history, but I have set it such that they cannot post to those channels.  Yet, they do.  I set it up through the permissions in the channel category, and sync'd the channels to that category.  I checked the permissions by looking at just each channel's permissions, and they are the same as the Channel Category.  Yet, somehow they can see, AND post to the channels.  Not sure why.

I have also had a problem with them seeing, and posting to a test channel that I set up previously, where only I am supposed to be able to see, and post to it.  All other groups were set to not be able to see it at all.  Yet they did...do.
