Welcome Screen footer text

I would suggest adding a footer section to the Welcome Screen, after the list of highlighted channels, for some additional text. The idea would be to give a general feel of things to do in the server besides the highlighted channels.

So that it could look like this:

Welcome to [Awesome Server]!

[A short description of the server]

Top things to do here:

[Do thing X! #channel-x]

[Do thing Y! #channel-y]

[Do thing Z! #channel-Z]

..or just generally do thing W or lurk, if you wish!
