authentication message to "Discord system bot" on login to account

Hi!

So I saw something on messenger that you can get notifications if somebody logs into your account with a message from an Official messenger bot.

I thought this would be a cool and handy feature for security, since there's already a system bot that sends us info about token leaks/api changes.
