Better User Role Menu Scaling

So, first of all, I'm going to clarify that I'm going to talk about this Roles menu: 

(Not the Server Roles menu)

So, there's a issue with this menu when a user has too many roles (or they have really long names):

As you can see, everytime you add a role (big enough) to an user it scales the menu downwards, the issue is that as you can see in the GIF, once you reach a certain amount of roles, it starts to "disappear", you can see that Right Click user for more actions is totally gone.

This can be fixed in 2 ways:

• Better scaling. Instead of only going downwards, scale the menu down and leftwards.
• Add a scroll bar once the roles reached a point where they wouldn't fit anymore.

I know this is a minor issue and will not really affect the user experience but it's something that can be fixed whatsoever.
