Important pinned message

A pin that shows at the top right of the chat log for a new pin so everyone in that channel can click it and directly see the message cause not everyone will go to pinned messages to find it and this will stop a flow of people asking a question if the pin is right there

  Just add a message in the bottom and lock your the channel to prevent more messages, the message should say "check pins" and that's all, no need to do a section just to pin the message...
