Information about pinned messages above / below the text entry field.

I often hear the statement that pinned messages are not very visible. I think it would be a good idea to announce pinned messages above / below the text input field. Currently, a pinned message is indicated by a pin, which is not a specific sight during chat conversations.

An example of a space informing about pinned messages is on the opposite side of the information about slow mode.
