pc restarts when launhing treaming on discird

hi. i have a problem when trying to stream doom eternal to my friends in discord. Game run well until i start streaming it to my friend and when i start it resarts my pc. 

my specs are: 

ryzen 9 5900x

asus rog strix 3090 oc

seasinic 1000w titaniu psu

4x8gb total 32gb 3600 cl 14 

2tb nvme ssd gen4 from wd

9 fans and 3 of them being on nzxt kraken z73 aio
