can we get a way to BLOCK notifications?

Hi, im getting annoyed with some servers that spam the @everyone all too ofthen... and im done with seeing that little one even if the server is muted and the notifications muted, it's annoying to think that someone has something important to tell you when it's only someone going "@everyone come spam banana emoji in chat"
