Allow server owner to set alias name for server (for quick switcher)

Request: Allow user to set alias name for a server

Problem: When I am using quick switcher, I found that switching to a server which name is not English is tough. Because in Japanese, we have to type alphabet-based names first and hit space to match the correct combination of kanji, hiragana, katakana... And this problem does not only occur in Japanese.

Most of "local" application has a complex algorithm for guess from the non-converted alphabet, but I think it is tough to implement such algorithm to discord because discord is global-wide application.

So, the simple solution I have is to allow users to set alias names for a server(in English).

And also, I think it is good to make this feature for a well-localized server. If we allow a user to set server name in any language and display a.k.a name for the user's locale, it is easier to understand what this server for and create a welcome mood for any people.
