Prevent users with roles from bypassing member verification

Currently, integrations that give roles (such as Twitch, Youtube, and Patreon) allow users who have added those connections in their profiles to bypass the membership screening due to the fact that the associated role is given automatically as soon as the user joins the server. Therefore none of these users are required to take any action prior to interacting in a server. I think server owners or admins should be able to select which roles allow a user to bypass screening and which roles do not.
