Audit Log Trust and Safety Reporting

Recently I had an issue where the Trust and Safety team could not investigate a user on the server due to the messages being deleted and therefore unavailable on the servers (as discord doesn't cache deleted messages), however given certain situations where a breach of TOS has taken place the content or context within the message may not be safe to remain on the server and therefore may be deleted by mods or admins.

What I would be suggesting for Discord to implement would solve this issue in a way that could be an easy implementation and a system that could not be bypassed (audit log), currently the Audit log will show that a message has been deleted by a Admin or Mod, however it does not show the message content. With the change it could show a dropdown menu & the body of the content, somewhere within this dropdown box could be a menu option, or if you right click on the message it will show the option to report to the trust and safety team.
