[Suggestion] Indicate who placed the reaction

I've been using Discord for 4 years, and one thing I've never seen was something that could identify the author of a reaction added to a message. I suggest you implement something like that, and it can be useful for server owners/moderators when someone trolls by adding unnecessary or defamatory reactions.
