Deny members with the ability to manage channel permissions from granting themselves disabled permissions.

Title says it. I often give members this permission so that they can better manage the channels which pertain to them, the issue is that, to delete the entire channel, all they need to do is flip the switch that says "Manage Channels" then do it and there's nothing I can do about this.

This seems like a common-sense feature that has yet to be implemented.
