Stickers upload size quota needs to be expanded

I have made multiple attempts to make a decent looking sticker which seems to only get to at least 1mb. The cap for animated stickers needs to go up, otherwise practically nobody can create the kinds of stickers that you could make with emojis. I feel like you gave plenty of upload quota for an emoji, but not the same for stickers which are of higher quality and have to be at a specific resolution, nothing more and nothing less. I attached an example of a sticker I'm trying to make and it has gone through several iterations just to make it smaller, and now I feel like I cannot shrink it enough to keep it animated without losing quality. I cannot shrink it past 320px by 320px since I'm not allowed. it's a real limit to creativity. I would say for creativity sake, 2-3 mb should suffice due to the extra resolution real estate you guys are trying to make us conform to with these stickers. And yes this file attached is in APNG. I've noticed as well that APNG takes more space than a gif as well.
