Seperate role management and assign / deassign permissions.

So as a server owner & moderator in some servers, it becomes a pain where you require to trust people with channel / role edit perms for them to give roles. It'd be an amazing feature if you could allow someone to assign roles but not edit any perms. I know multiple people have suggested this but I also want to.

Please please please add this!!! It'd be so useful.
