Different Pfps/Avatars for Different Severs

If we can change our nicknames for each server, why not be able to change out pfps/avatars for each server too? This feature would not only be very helpful for people who are in many different servers with different rules about pfps/avatars or role-players who are in many different role-play servers as different characters, but it is also highly requested for a long time. I've seen many different posts on this that go back for years, this feature is clearly wanted by many people, why hasn't it been implemented yet?
