"Apply to All" role option for channel settings

Instead of having to manually go to each channel and add all the permissions for a universal role in each channel, I think we should be able to click an "Apply permissions to all channels" button. Not just categories, but all channels AND categories. I think that it would make creating new channels, setting up verification roles, and making muted roles a lot easier.
