Slash Command Integer Range Option Support

Sooner rather than later, an option to specify an acceptable range of integers for the slash command integer option would be really necessary. The list could be provided as a list of 100 triplets listing the (lowerBound, upperBound, step). I created an issue on discordjs/builders repository. However, this problem extends to the API itself rather than solely on the support in the developer codebase.
