Add a toggle for desktop devices to prevent automatically focusing text input fields

I'm using Discord on a Surface tablet. The install is full Windows 10 Home, so I can install the Discord app.
If I swap between servers / text channels, the input field for text chat is automatically focused (which brings up the onscreen Touch keyboard on Windows devices). This automatically bumps the channel view up to accommodate for the keyboard.

I have to imagine anyone else using a similar device with an onscreen touch keyboard (any other tablet running Windows, unsure about MacOS) would encounter the same problem, though I haven't been able to test it myself.

I also use Discord on my Android phone, and have noticed that the input field is not automatically focused on mobile. It's be great if this was a toggle in Advanced settings we could make use of for desktop clients.
