Option for reporting to Moderators or Admins

Is there any way that developers implement option for reporting other persons on chat about sharing scam or phishing links, where immediately Admins or Moderators will be noticed and be warned about that cases? This will be useful option for servers where bots can't do anything to ban or kick persons who share inappropriate links to the community? For example that option will be useful to be added on "More" message, where other people can use it to report abusers.
