Ability to search messages from specific role

I've been in this server for a game recently, and I've been trying to find the developers of the game (4 people) talking about a specific weapon. My trouble is that I have to search every developer and when they mention the weapons. I think a way to search for messages from a specific role would be useful.

 

Example: Let's say I wanna find every time a person with the role "Developer" mentions the word "shield".

 

I would type in the search:

shield role: Developer
