How quickly does the technical support help?

The server owner was banned and I am the last moderator who can get the owner's rights. There are 1k+ people on the server. I sent all the necessary information and technical support wrote that they were transferring the work to another person. I have been waiting for their help for more than 15 days. Is this common for discord or am I just impatient?

  i have been waiting for a response from their team after " they were transferring the work to another person" for about 45 days now, terrible response time, pretty sure they just don't really care
