upgrade security and privacy (safety) on discord (and other stuff

discord safety should be improved and other stuff like

-checking links/files to make sure there aren't any viruses or ip loggers

-improve the "scan messages to see if there isn't any nsfw or graphic imagery" thing so it will work on servers / group chats

-and add an option to report people for breaking tos
