Switch Interaction/messageComponent

First, Switch interaction/component are NOT equal to SelectMenus interaction, its like enabling/disabling permissions for roles in the server, if you add it, the response/data/options can be boolean, because it only has 2 values TRUE or FALSE (Enabled/Disabled), if you use SelectMenus it takes many space, more code and its "more hard", this new interaction/messageComponent is very useful to do many things and don't take a big space so we can use many of them (of course with a max). The switch can be also disabled, with customId, and maybe another color.
