Should be optimised for windows7 Ultimate pls

i had windows 10 pc orignaly and because i was working slow we did a factory reset but i dident have windows 10 and i had win7 ultimate so i had to use it but now i cant download discord app and cant use overlay because of that pls optimize it forwindows 7 Ultimate
