Minimized and SILENT Start on Windows Startup

Even though this seems to be a Problem with a lot of people when you specifically ask them about it, and the fact that the Problem was reported in the past, this is still a problem.
When Discords Auto-Starts, even though it is set to "Start Minimized", it WILL splash up when checking for updates or what do i know what for, and then minimizes itself again. This is SUPER annoying, since whatever you're doing, is getting disrupted by this. Discord puts itself in the forteground, so your focus is changed, no matter if you're typing something or whatever else. Also it is sometimes full screen, sometimes a smaller window... Well, no matter how. This needs to be fixed and instead a true "Silent" start implemented, as all the other Apps manage to have =)
