Let us scroll Scheduled Events out of view when scrolling the Channel List

Let us scroll Scheduled Events out of view when scrolling the Channel List, it's extremely annoying that the maximum number of chat channels we can view at any given moment is permanently decreased while an Event is scheduled.

Make it replace the Channel Banner instead of permanently shrinking the list of channels.
